Peter Sís

Peter Sís is an internationally acclaimed illustrator, author, and filmmaker. He is the first children’s book illustrator to win the prestigious MacArthur Fellowship. In 2012, he won the Hans Christian Andersen Award, considered the most prestigious in international children’s literature.

Roger Mello

Roger Mello is an internationally recognized artist. He has written and illustrated over 100 picture books. In 2014, he made history by becoming the first illustrator from Latin America to win the Hans Christian Andersen Award.
