Solstice Spells: Game Night with Dungeon Delvers and Tarot Card Readings

Aaron Damon-Rush (He/They), the Dungeon Master of Dungeon Delvers, has been playing tabletop role-playing games since he was 13, and running them for nearly as long! Since 2018, he has run games professionally in game stores, libraries, and schools, almost always for young players. Aaron graduated from Hampshire College in 2022 with a BA in Narrative Game Design.

The Tarot Pixie is a local witch, librarian, and former educator. She has been reading tarot for over 25 years, weaving stories of insight and wonder for people of all ages through the mystery of the cards. A lifelong creator and dreamer, she plays the cello and creates art through bookbinding, watercolor, collage, printmaking, and craft techniques. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, The Tarot Pixie has travelled the world and found that Western Massachusetts is a place of true magic

Trombonist Carolyn Dufraine and her trio—Jonathan Talbott on violin and Kip Beacco on guitar—take you to places you’ve never been before as this Hot Club du France jazz trio entertains you. Often singing in another language, Carolyn and her band bring an unpredictable impulse to their music that heightens the magic.

Founded in 2011, the Northampton Jazz Festival is unique in its ability to stage live jazz music in downtown Northampton in multiple venues over a two-day period, thus bringing audience members to a variety of locations downtown. Northampton Jazz Festival stages performances from Grammy Award winning and internationally renowned jazz artists to local student groups, with nearly every age, race, ethnicity, and gender identity of musician represented.
